I aim to pack and send your order the next working day, however, processing time can take up to 3 working days before shipping during busy periods.
Clothing orders are all sent via signed for delivery:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail International Tracked + Signed For Everywhere Else
Small items are sent out standard delivery to keep the shipping costs down for you ;)
Shipping times:
UK: 3-5 business days
International: Royal Mail aim to deliver international packages within 7 working days, however on average it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
I will accept returns on items damaged in the post, but please contact me with order details and a picture of the damage within 14 days of delivery, and I will either send replacements or refund.
If you order the wrong size I am more than happy to exchange for a better fit, but I am not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please let me know within 14 days of order if you want an exchange :).
If an item is lost in the post, I ask that you wait 30 working days from dispatch. If it still doesn't arrive in this time and cannot be found, a refund or replacement will be sent.
